Delivery Policy

The Ampfibian web store processes your order immediately upon receipt of funds and in most instances will dispatch your product on the same or the following working day.

Although Ampfibian aims to maintain full stock at all times, due to variations in demand we may temporarily be out of stock of certain items. This is advised on the web store, but small processing delays may result in a product being shown in stock when it is out of stock. If a product you have ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you to advise the expected delivery date.

All Ampfibian web-store orders are shipped via Australia Post’s StarTrack express service. You will be advised via email when your product has shipped and you will also be given a tracking number allowing you to check on the progress of your parcel online.

Ampfibian cannot accept liability for delays outside our control during shipping and delivery.
