These exchange and refund policies apply to Ampfibian products bought through the Ampfibian web store on this site (www.ampfibian.com.au).
What happens if my Ampfibian does not work when I received it?
Before you do anything, please note that sometimes an Ampfibian is incorrectly identified as broken, when it is actually picking up an electrical fault. Please click here to download a checklist to confirm the issue.
If your product does not work when you receive it, we will exchange or repair it for you as quickly as possible. We will need to receive the unit with proof-of-purchase before processing your claim.
What if I have changed my mind, or bought the wrong unit?
You can either exchange it for a different product (paying or receiving the price difference), or get a refund. Refunds and exchange values are limited to the original purchase price.
Refunds and exchanges are only offered on products that are still in their original, unopened packaging. Once a product has been opened and/or used, we cannot accept it back.
You will need to return the unit to us at your own cost, but for faulty units we will reimburse your shipping expenses (see next point).

How will my money be refunded?
You will be refunded using your original payment method. Electronic refunds usually take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, but please allow up to two weeks for some banking institutions. The refund amount is limited to the original purchase price.
For faulty units Ampfibian will add $15.00 to the refund payment to reimburse you for your shipping cost.
For returned or exchanged units, Ampfibian reserves the right to withhold some of the refund payment to cover shipping or make-good expenses.
